Tell us about your vision, inspiration, expectations, and budget. Our New Home Questionnaire helps us get the conversation started!

Create a plan

After you’ve completed the New Home Questionnaire, we’ll meet to talk more in detail. At this meeting feel free to bring any drawings, sketches, example photos, or other details you envision in your home. We’ll review them with you, explore options, and answer any questions you may have.

Cost PROPOSAL

Following our initial meetings, we will provide a Proposal based on our conversations. Once the Proposal is finalized, we’ll collect a deposit and secure a spot on the build schedule for your dream home!

Design your floor plan

Next, we will begin working with an Architect to create a set of floor plans for your home. We’ll work together to refine and finalize the design.

— 5 —

Get started with construction!

Once you’ve approved the floor plans, design, and scope of work, we’ll complete a Building Agreement to get the construction of your home officially underway!
